Before You Book

Electrical Panel Access

Many services require access to the main electrical panel. Please ensure the panel is clear and accessible before the appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Materials & Scope

Some services include materials as noted. Additional materials or labor may be required if the scope of work differs from the standard service description.

Appointment Confirmation

Online bookings are requests and must be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation message once your appointment has been reviewed and scheduled.

Access to the Work Area

Someone 18 years or older must be present during the appointment. Please ensure the work area and electrical panel are easily accessible.

Service Area

Precision Power & Electric proudly serves Culpeper and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

Workmanship Warranty

All labor performed by Precision Power & Electric includes a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Service Call Fees

Diagnostic service calls cover the time required to inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues. Repairs may be quoted separately.
